Additional Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this new document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key detailing various areas of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as designs for dock shelters.

Further images released as part of the current investigative disclosure.
